基督徒领袖-提醒

今早眼镜男灵修了马太福音23章，
就有了这一个感动想在自己的小天地分享一些感言～
一下纯属眼镜男的一些意见，特别针对基督徒领袖的问题以及心态^^

23 

1 Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 

² “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat.

「那时，耶稣对众人和门徒讲论，」

「说：『文士和法利赛人，坐在摩西的位上；」

耶稣很少把众人以及门徒混在一起讲道，这次又特地把犹太人的领袖叫来坐在会堂里的坐位，看起来就好象是律师要审问证人以及被告一样～

³ So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach.

⁴ They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.

⁵ “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries^[a] wide and the tassels on their garmentslong; 

⁶ they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; 

⁷ they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others.

「凡他们所吩咐你们的，你们都要谨守、遵行；但不要效法他们的行为；因为他们能说不能行。」

「他们把难担的重担，捆起来搁在人的肩上；但自己一个指头也不肯动。」

「他们一切所作的事，都是要叫人看见；所以将佩戴的经文做宽了，衣裳的繸子做长了；」

「喜爱筵席上的首座，会堂里的高位；」

「又喜爱人在街市上问他安，称呼他拉比(拉比就是夫子)。」

这里是耶稣提醒门徒以及众人要谨慎听从领袖们的话，并指明领袖们的缺点=)

的确，如果目前是身为教会某领导，某执事，莫职员的你，

回想你过去的服侍经验，是否就好像当年新约时代的法利赛人或文士一样，

极有可能常常说到却做不到。

常常我们看到他人这个不对，那个不好，就加以指正想纠正他人，

甚至常常在聚会，小组等等分享基督徒的本分原则，

却自己完全没做到呢?=)

反思看看^^

是否常把一些经文配上自己的想法来加以管制基督徒的生活，

却不把这一套的道理应用在自己身上呢？

许多时候，眼镜男也是如此，

喜欢教训人，喜欢管教人，却不管好自己，

基督徒常有的观念，在人面前总要有美好见证，

的确，这观念是好的，

但却要思考自己是否是在人面前有榜样，

在神面前却一塌糊涂呢？

这也难怪平日总有许多平信徒鄙视虚伪的基督徒领袖了=)

身为教会的领袖，眼镜男也常如同以上经文所说

「喜爱筵席上的首座，会堂里的高位；」

却不提醒自己应当学像主耶稣一样，来到世上是服侍众人的~

每当有人称呼眼镜男为领袖之时，眼镜男心里也总会有声音在为自己欢喜～

侍奉本不应当如此，可悲也～

¹¹ The greatest among you will be your servant. 

【太廿三11】「你们中间谁为大，谁就要作你们的用人。」

基督徒服侍的原则，能力越大就更应该谦卑来服侍。

¹² For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.

「凡自高的必降为卑，自卑的必升为高。」

学习谦卑服侍，而不是傲视众人。

¹³ “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.

【太廿三13】「你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了；因为你们正当人前，把天国的门关了；自己不进去，正要进去的人，你们也不容他们进去。」

何等严厉的指责，基督徒本应引导人信主，引导人接受耶稣为救主并进入天国。

但仔细回想，自己所行所作的是否反而使人跌倒，离开真道？

是否常教导会友们的是教会的条规，一些原则并吩咐刻苦遵守反倒少了认识耶稣呢?=)

²³ “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. 

「你们这假冒为善的文士和法利赛人有祸了；因为你们将薄荷、茴香、芹菜，献上十分之一；那律法上更重的事，就是公义、怜悯、信实，反倒不行了；这更重的是你们当行的，那也是不可不行的。」

仔细检查自己目前的服侍生活，是否也到了眼镜男一样的地步，

本应定睛在基督身上，却倒定睛在教会的人数目标，活动的人数目标，奉献目标等等呢？

是否常常忘了应当效法基督，把公义、怜悯、信实以心灵诚实活出来呢？=)
