Damai Bay- Kuching , Sarawak , Malaysia!

When we talk about the best beach of Kuching, 
 Some will recommend you Beach Lundu, Beach Santubong~
Most of them will answer you - Damai Lagoon!
And now, there is another choice for the local or foreign tourist!
which is Damai Bay!

New attraction of Kuching with a big beach and all new facilities including 
Bar, Spa Room, 7-11, Restaurant , Food Court and Souvenir Shop.
It only takes you 30 -45 min to here from Kuching city.
There are also some BBQ place under construction.

***pls don't bring any outside foods to Damai Bay, it is charged RM2 per pax^^

So please , please , please don't go to beach in the evening!
It will be fully covered by seawater due to the rising tide.
However , it is the also best time for you to enjoy the beauty of the Sunset!
Damai Bay provides a "Show" of Sunset^^

You may rent the Barok , RM100 -1 Hour, 
for some birthday party or other activity which enough for 150 people.


Damai Bay is just opposite of Sarawak Culture Village 
which takes around 1 min walk from Damai Bay. 
Thus , you can have a short trip to Sarawak Culture Village with RM15 for students.
Please remember to bring your Student Card^^
However , RM30 for citizens, and RM65 for foreigners and those from west Malaysia.







Sarawak Culture Village is a big area which includes the buildings with different culture themes
Such as Ulu, Iban, Melanau, Melayu, Cina and so on.
This is a chance for all non Sarawakian 
to know about Sarawak people and cultures.
There is a big hall with traditional design and a cultural shows is provided for all visitors.
Twice per day, 10am and 4pm, around 45 min 
with traditional dance and special stunt of different races.^^
If not wrong , Sarawak Culture Village is open from 8am to 5pm.
